In making the travel arrangements, the Jewish Community Center of Metropolitan Detroit (The J, The J Detroit, JCC) acts only as an agent for accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, meals or other services for the event concerned. By accepting this ticket and boarding the transportation, you agree that the Jewish Community Center of Metropolitan Detroit and any of their representatives shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, omission or any other irregularity to person or property in regard to travel in carrying out any of the components of the event. No responsibility is accepted for losses or expenses due to sickness, weather, strikes, wars, and other causes.
In consideration for being permitted to participate in such activities, Participant hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the JCC, its officers, employees, agents, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, or costs (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by Participant or to any property belonging to Participant.
Ability to Travel: Participants certify that they do not have any mental, physical or other condition or disability that would interfere with the program enjoyment of others or pose a hazard to themselves or others.

Attendees will be required to formally sign this waiver prior to getting on the bus.
Refunds: No refunds will be given.
